Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in F&B management.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in F&B software systems.
7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holiday
