Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Membership with IHRM is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Kaizen or equivalent is desired.
• Pleasant, results oriented, hardworking, and a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
