Tupande has four open jobs that blend field execution, data, and impact across Kenya’s avocado, macadamia, and dried fruit value chains in our Market Access Team.

🌱 Farmer Growth & Productivity Specialist - Lead agronomic training, seedling distribution, and farmer incentive programs to boost yields and livelihoods.
🌱 Data & Execution Support Specialist - Turn strategy into action through sharp analytics, field coordination, and performance tracking.
🌱 Dried Fruit Specialist - Drive sourcing, quality control, and farmer engagement in Kenya’s growing dried fruit sector.
🌱 Soko Operations Specialist - Ensure smooth aggregation, inventory management, and compliance across our sourcing hubs.

📍 All roles are based in Sagana, Kenya
- 3+ years of experience in operations, field execution, or agri-business development
- Strong field coordination and analytical skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills to drive results
- Willingness to travel (60–70% field-based)
