Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
