QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef Level 3 in a residential, institutional, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, nutrition, and kitchen equipment.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Creativity in menu design and problem-solving.
- Passionate about food, sustainability, and community wellbeing.
