POSITION: TEAM LEADER (MONITORING AND EVALUATION EXPERT)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, or other related Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in designing and leading Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems, policy frameworks, Theory of Change, evaluation design, and implementation in international agricultural development programs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic and large-scale evaluations for regional and continental agricultural development programs in Africa, preferably those implemented by international organizations.
- Proven experience in applying Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks from leading organizations, including the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, BMZ/KfW, FCDO, and Mastercard Foundation.
- Experience in multi-country research work in Agriculture, Agribusiness, and related fields.
