ADMINISTRATION & QMS ASSISTANT

Job Description:
Odex Chemicals Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration & QMS Assistant to support our operations and contribute to our continuous improvement journey.equipment sales.experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive administrative support, including document management, meeting and event coordination, and managing office supplies and petty cash. Additionally, assists with travel bookings and acts as a backup to the Personal Assistant.
• Quality Management System (QMS) Support:
Supports the QMS by assisting with process documentation, ISO standard implementation, and audit coordination. Compiles performance updates and helps with staff training and continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Kaizen.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or QMS support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and QMS processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
