- 2–3 yrs BPO/Call Centre training experience
- Strong facilitation & coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable training approach
- Proficient in digital training tools
YOUR ROLE:
- Train & onboard new agents
- Conduct refresher trainings
- Monitor & evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with Ops, Quality & HR
- Keep training materials up to date
