Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Draft & implement repayment schedules
- Advice on customer credit limits
- Provide daily/weekly reports
- Meet monthly collection targets

Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Certificate in Risk Management
- 5+ years of proven experience as credit control officer
- Proficient in Xero and Excel
- Integrity and discretion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Ability to work under pressure
