KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team
- Develop multi-channel sales strategies to boost revenue
- Forge and manage B2B partnerships (travel agents, tour operators, affiliates)
- Implement and optimize CRM & sales automation systems
- Analyze funnel metrics and client insights to improve conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support
