*Vacancy for an Experienced Tours Consultant*

*Education & Training*
• Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Tour Operations, or a related field.

*Experience:*
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in *inbound and outbound tours planning*.
• Proven track record in designing and costing itineraries, handling bookings, and managing client travel requirements.
• Familiarity with destinations within Kenya, across East Africa and the Africa region
• Familiarity with different cultures within Kenya

*Key Skills:*
• Excellent knowledge of destinations, hotels, airlines, and ground handling services.
• Ability to package and sell tours creatively to different client segments (leisure, corporate, group).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• High-level communication, both written and verbal.

*Personal Attributes:*
• Passionate about tours and customer experience.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure with grace.

*Other Requirements:*
• Strong sales orientation with ability to meet targets.
• Flexibility to travel or accompany groups when needed.
