Offer: Ksh 140,000 – Ksh 150,000 Gross

Our client, a retail organisation, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily administration, operations, and sales support.

This role is crucial to keeping the business running smoothly — from managing stock and logistics to ensuring exceptional customer service in the showroom and online.

You will report directly to the Owner.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.

Track and maintain accurate inventory records across showroom and online platforms.

Issue eTIMS KRA-compliant sales receipts promptly.

Collect and organize purchase receipts (incl. supplier invoices) and share with accountants monthly.

Schedule and coordinate weekly purchases within the approved budget.

Organize and schedule timely, accurate, and customer-friendly deliveries.

Monitor and maintain showroom essentials (e.g., tea, sugar, coffee, toilet paper, soap, wrapping film).

Assist in scheduling and organizing viewings for the Sourcing Manager.

Support showroom sales with professionalism and strong product knowledge.

Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain product listings across platforms.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Track customer activity and relationships through CRM tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Tech-savvy (Excel, basic website updates, CRM systems – this will be tested).

A people person with outstanding customer service skills (in-person & online).

Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communicator (written & verbal).

Previous experience in retail, operations, logistics, or administration is required.
