Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in loan management, microfinance, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of loan products, credit processes, and financial risk management.
- Strong acumen in sales, market penetration, and customer service excellence.
