We’re Hiring – Pharmtech

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pharmtech to join our growing team.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Dispensing Medications: Prepare, label, and compound medications (sterile & non-sterile).
2. Sales & Customer Service: Cross-sell supplements and beauty products while delivering exceptional service.
3. Inventory Management: Receive, store, organize, and monitor stock levels.
4. Patient Counselling: Guide patients on correct medication usage and possible side effects.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
6.Compliance: Adhere to pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
7. Workspace Maintenance: Keep the pharmacy clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications:
✔ Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution
✔ Registered with the Pharmacy & Poisons Board of Kenya
✔ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations & compounding (an added advantage)
✔ Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
