Kwendo is building the financial operating system for Africa's $600B informal economy, starting with casual workers.

We've proven demand and built strong traction; but customer acquisition is still founder-driven. Now we're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to take the reins.

You'll:
⚡ Drive user acquisition and retention across car washes, logistics, construction & more
⚡ Build scalable growth playbooks and data-driven experiments
⚡ Work hand-in-hand with the founder to shape Kwendo's next growth chapter
