Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within fintech, microfinance, or financial services (loan products experience is a must).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about sales.
