🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and support business development in the sustainability and consulting space.
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya

What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing & communications strategy.
Manage and grow digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, newsletters).
Produce compelling case studies, project profiles, and corporate decks.
Support business development through impactful proposals and marketing collateral.
Coordinate media outreach, press releases, and event promotions.
Track performance metrics and ensure consistent brand messaging.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience (consulting, sustainability, or energy sector preferred).
Strong digital marketing expertise (LinkedIn, content creation, website management).
Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and related tools.
Excellent storytelling, branding, and project management skills.
A self-starter who thrives in hybrid working environments.
