• 2–3 yrs BPO/Call Centre training experience
• Strong facilitation & coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable training approach
• Proficient in digital training tools
YOUR ROLE:
• Train & onboard new agents
• Conduct refresher trainings
• Monitor & evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality & HR
• Keep training materials up to date
