Position:
• Human Resource Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To formulate and review HR policies and procedures as necessary ensuring that HR function is managed in line with such set policies.
• To support the retention of high performers and scarce talents.
• Assist in monitoring staff development and its budget.
• To participate in a talent pool for succession planning.
• To prepare efficient payroll on Aruti payroll system timely.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years HR management experience in the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and industry-specific compliance.
