Position: Business Development Officer
Role Summary

Nairobi Women's Hospital College is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to lead marketing initiatives, manage digital platforms, drive student recruitment campaigns, and foster positive relationships with students, parents, stakeholders, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment
- Conduct market research to inform program development and competitive positioning
- Manage advertising, branding, and public relations activities
- Manage and coordinate all communication to ensure consistent messaging
- Oversee call center staff to ensure timely and professional handling of inquiries
- Address and resolve student and stakeholder inquiries or complaints
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Experience managing customer service teams or call center operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools
- Creative thinker with strong project management and networking skills
