☑ Professional Certification in Training Delivery/Human Resources Management
☑ IHRM Membership

EXPERIENCE
☑ 3–5 years in HR training, preferably in hospitality
☑ 2+ years managing large learning curriculums
☑ Strong in succession planning & talent review design
☑ Skilled in project management & budgeting
