LM International (Läkarmissionen) is hiring a Global Security Manager to protect people, assets, and operations across 20+ countries. This is a chance to lead global security efforts in fragile and high-risk environments while making a real impact.

✨ What you’ll do:

Lead and implement global security strategies 🌐

Manage crisis response and risk analysis ⚡

Train and build security capacity 💡

Travel internationally to high-risk areas ✈️

✅ What you need:

Master’s + 5 years (or Bachelor’s + 9 years) in Security/IR/related fields

Proven crisis management & risk analysis experience

Strong leadership in multicultural environments

NGO/humanitarian sector experience a big plus

📍 Location: Nairobi (with global travel)
