Finance Associate

Good afternoon,

I am currently looking for a Finance Associate.

Salary Range: KES 60,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payables and receivables
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and receipting in line with KRA rules
Record and allocate customer payments across all platforms
Prepare and file VAT and Withholding Tax returns online time
Review and reconcile accounts receivable and customer ledgers monthly
Prepare and reconcile bank deposits and statements
Issue monthly customer statements and follow up on overdue accounts
Enforce credit control procedures and maintain approved customer credit terms
Payroll processing
Any other Finance related duties (Job Description)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–4 years’ experience in finance or accounting
CPA part II- above
Strong background in managing payables and receivables
Solid understanding of Kenyan tax laws and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
