Regional Trade Marketing Manager (Addis Ababa)

📨 Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Are you a results-driven marketing professional with experience in trade marketing and brand management? Join East African National Distribution SC , Ethiopia’s leading cement and construction materials distribution company and a proud subsidiary of East African Holding SC. We’re looking for a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and market penetration for National Cement products across Ethiopia.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement regional trade marketing strategies aligned with national objectives.
Lead in-store merchandising, POS materials, and trade promotions.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key contractors.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve growth targets.
Manage trade marketing budgets and track ROI.
Organize dealer meets, trade fairs, and contractor engagement programs.
💼 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
✔ 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing, brand building, or brand management, preferably in FMCG, construction materials, or cement industry
✔ Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
✔ Excellent communication skills in Amharic & English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage)
✔ Willingness to travel frequently within the region
