We’re Hiring: Technical Recruiter (Tech-Focused)
Nairobi (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can blend tech know-how with end-to-end recruiting excellence. You’ll own hiring for engineering roles, design assessments, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent at speed.

What You’ll Do:
Source across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals & meetups
Run technical screens & structured interview loops
Manage offers, negotiations & pre-boarding
Track metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity)

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years full-cycle tech recruiting
Experience hiring SWE, Data, DevOps, QA, Security
Fluency with ATS + LinkedIn Recruiter + assessment tools
Strong stakeholder & candidate management skills
