ICT COORDINATOR
Job Description:
Odex Chemicals Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial detergents, sanitizers, and water treatment solutions, is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring the smooth running, security, and efficiency of our ICT systems, while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all IT issues, offering both on-site and remote assistance.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, networks, Office 365, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Data and Security: Perform regular data backups and restorations for both on-premise and cloud systems, oversee cybersecurity measures, and ensure IT policies align with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• User and Resource Management: Manage user accounts and permissions, develop IT manuals, and oversee IT inventory and procurement.
• Project and Vendor Coordination: Coordinate IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time and liaise with external service providers to uphold service levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT administration or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of networking, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and ICT hardware/software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
