MSME OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cooperative Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in MSME lending, microfinance, or cooperative societies.
• Proficiency in credit appraisal and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
• A valid driving/riding license (motorcycle) will be an added advantage. Key Competencies.
• Integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
