Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Property Consultant to drive our property sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to deal negotiation and after-sales support. You should have a strong grasp of customer psychology, be CRM-savvy (Zoho preferred), and be deeply driven by results and numbers.
This is a pure sales role. Your KPIs will be based on volume of deals closed, pipeline quality, response times, CRM discipline, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
● Identify, engage, and qualify new leads through strategic partnerships, cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads, and outbound campaigns.
● Use Zoho CRM to manage lead stages and activities.
● Research target segments and tailor outreach based on client needs and motivations.
2. Needs Analysis & Consultative Selling
● Conduct client discovery calls to understand property needs, financial capability, urgency, and preferences.
● Apply principles of customer psychology to build rapport, overcome objections, and guide clients toward conversion.
