Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Proven involvement in at least 2 full lifecycle EBS implementations or upgrades.
• Strong functional knowledge of HR/Payroll, Supply Chain, and Financials modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and BI Publisher.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
• Oracle certifications in relevant modules will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle EBS modules to align with business requirements.
• Develop and enhance Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, and workflows.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Web Services.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS modules.
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Manage system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance within the EBS environment.
• Prepare and maintain technical/functional documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to deliver effective EBS solutions.
