ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOOD & BEVERAGE & ASSISTANT MANAGER, FRONT OFFICE VACANCIES

We are looking to engage passionate, creative and vibrant persons to fill the Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage and Assistant Manager, Front Office, roles in our hotel.
a) ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOOD & BEVERAGE
Main Roles: Together with the F&B Manager, ensure guest satisfaction by fostering a customer-focused environment geared towards meeting and exceeding the guests needs, coordinate and oversee events, banquets, and special functions, assist in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets and implementing cost control measures while maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring high standards of service and quality while addressing any guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, train, supervise and motivate the F&B team and assist in developing and updating menus in collaboration with the Culinary team.
Qualifications, Experience & Conditions: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognised institution, Food & Beverage Management, or its equivalent, at least 5 years experience in an Assistant Manager, F&B role in a five- or four-star hotel, strong leadership, communication and team management skills, proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems, POS and other food & beverage management software is required and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
b) ASSISTANT MANAGER, FRONT OFFICE
Main Roles: Together with the Front Office Manager, ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Division (full guest arrival and check in/out process) while maintaining Hyatt International’s high standards of guest relations, ensure that all daily V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, long stay guest rooms for arrivals are blocked in advance and that welcome amenities are appropriately ordered in coordination with all other support departments, responsible for ensuring all guest complaints, feedback & comments are updated on the internal communication channels –Opera Profile by self and direct reports, ensuring that any guest concerns or complaints are responded to and handled in a timely manner, and communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues that may require additional monitoring or follow-up but attempts to resolve before escalation as guest relations champion.
Qualifications, Experience & Conditions: Degree or Diploma in Front Office Operations from a recognized institution or its equivalent, at least 5 years’ experience in a similar Assistant Manager, F.O role in a busy five- or four-star hotel, strong leadership, communication and team management skills, proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems, POS and other front office management software is required and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
