ADMIN/FRONT OFFICE
Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and client-facing support to ensure efficient operations within the organization. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, hospitality standards, and a strong customer service orientation, especially in handling clients, patients, or guests in a hospital or hospitality setup.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Customer Service, or related field (required).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or hospitality role (preferably in a hospital or hospitality setting).
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy in dealing with clients/patients.
- Knowledge of hospital or hospitality operations is an added advantage.
