Job Purpose
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Technology to lead our software development function and drive the strategic alignment of technology with business goals.

The Head of Technology, will act as a bridge between technology and business, driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development Expertise:
Strong background in software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Software Development Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing a technology strategy for software development that aligns with the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership:
Leading and managing a team of software developers, architects, and other technical professionals.
- Resource Management:
Managing resources, including personnel, budget, and technology infrastructure, to ensure efficient and effective software development.
- Operational Efficiency:
Optimizing software development processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market.
- Innovation and Technology Adoption:
Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends, and driving innovation in software development practices.
- Alignment with Business Goals:
Ensuring that the technology strategy and software development efforts are aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and priorities.
- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including product managers, business leaders, and other departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
