Parts Distribution Center (PDC) Supervisor

We are looking for a Parts Distribution Center (PDC) Supervisor who will be responsible for inbound parts, warehouse operations and outbound logistics for Parts and Accessories.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Parts & Accessories, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that Parts and Accessories required to run the business are processed, shipped, stored, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Implementing and working strategically initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, safety, and other measurable performance metrics.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all import documentation.
- Collaborating with sales, operations and customer service teams on order delivery times.
- Ensuring all operations including inbound and outbound deliveries meet safety and quality standards.
- Ensuring and being accountable for inventory assurance and accuracy.
- Coordinating order processing to customers and dealers.
- Effectively coordinating outbound logistics to customers and dealers.
- Monitoring warehouse and supply chain performance, material changes, system & physical inventory movement.
- Looking for the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business-related field.
- Duty registered and licensed by Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) to practice.
- CPSP or CIPPs Diploma will be an added advantage.
- KCSE Mean Grade B+.
- Five (5) years relevant experience
