Sales Lead

Our client, a leading company in the security sector, is seeking a results driven Sales Executive to champion strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales performance, strong networking skills, and the ability to generate leads. Experience in the security sector will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
- Leverage industry contacts to generate quality leads.
- Develop and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ proven sales experience (experience in the security sector is an added advantage
- Strong client network and ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Understanding of security solutions.
