Panesar Training Institute—a reputable institution in woodworking and vocational training—is seeking to hire a dynamic and highly organized School Administrator to support the effective coordination and operations of the institute. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily administrative functions, student support, and engagement with partners and stakeholders..

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day operations, including student admissions, academic records, and training logistics
• Coordinate class schedules and liaise with trainers, students, and the management team.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming learning environment.
• Prepare administrative reports, letters, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including proposal writing and engagement with sponsors and partners

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or training institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in writing proposals and professional correspondence.
• Background in marketing or school promotion is an added advantage.
• Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders on school activities and progress
