Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the client base, and increasing market share. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to position Fine Mark Tracking as a market leader in tracking and fleet management solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Growth & Client Acquisition
B. Relationship Management
C. Strategic Partnerships
D. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
E. Sales & Revenue Reporting
F. Brand & Marketing Collaboration
G. Contract & Proposal Management
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in collaboration with management.
Ensure all deals are commercially viable and aligned with company policies
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field ('Master’s degree an added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology, tracking, fleet management, or telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
