Job Purpose
We are looking for a results oriented and driven Sales Operations Executive to be responsible for maintaining and managing commercial assets (coolers, draught machines, phones, SFA, vehicles) and the related opex budgets. The Sales Operations Executive monitors, analyzes, and reports on Sales Execution KPIs across all consumer drivers and channels (GT, HORECA, MTR).

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- KPI Tracking and Monitoring: Ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of various sales execution KPIs through different tools. Analyze and provide insights into execution KPIs, reporting back to the commercial leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
- Dashboard & Management Reporting: Prepare management reports on market trends, numeric distribution insights, brand value, and volume share on a weekly, monthly (BPR), quarterly, and annual basis. Provide insights to the wider commercial team.
- Asset Management: Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of commercial assets (coolers, draught machines) in liaison with third-party suppliers
- Distributor Incentives: Understand and provide insights into Distributor Trade Terms. Calculate distributor incentive pay-outs monthly, in liaison with finance and customer service.
- Distributor Data Automation: Act as project coordinator for distributor automation journey. Analyze distributor data to provide actionable insights to KWAL internal teams and distributors.

Minimum Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Qualifications: Membership with a professional body (CIM or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Must possess a clean and valid driving license.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Good understanding of sales concepts, skilled in understanding data and reporting needs, translating business requirements into dashboards and management reports, PowerBI development skills, and Advanced Excel skills.
- Behavioral Competencies: Communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach.
