Country Sales Manager - Tanzania

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial sales role managing 15-50 staff.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel across the country as required.
- Due to the role’s location and familiarity with the local market, Tanzanian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
