OPERATIONS MANAGER –KILI-ACADEMY
Location:Nairobi,Kenya

Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients and institutions.
2. Develop and pitch tailored training proposals; negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
3. Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and promote programs.
4. Oversee scheduling, trainer allocation, facilities, and resource planning for smooth delivery.
5. Ensure top-tier client and student experiences, from onboarding to post-training support.
6. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for growth and efficiency.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
2. 3–5 years’ experience in business development and operations, preferably in training/education.
3. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
