About the job
Skyline is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can take a couple of clients' social presence from zero to 10K+ engaged followers—and turn that audience into an active, growing community.

You’ll own strategy, content, and engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and (where relevant) TikTok—shaping each platform to fit the brand and its audience. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and their audiences—spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and keeping the momentum alive.

You might be a good fit if:
• You’ve grown and managed brand accounts before (bonus if you’ve done it from scratch)
• You’re fluent in the nuances of each platform’s culture, algorithms, and formats
• You know how to blend organic growth, paid boosts, and community engagement
• You’re proactive—you don’t wait for content, you make it happen
• You’re a clear communicator and can adapt tone across multiple brands

Tools: Native platform analytics, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, HeyOrca), and a decent grasp of Canva/Figma/Photoshop for light design. Bonus: short-form video editing skills for Reels/TikTok.
