JOB SUMMARY
The Spa Manager will oversee daily SPA operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, effective staff management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and wellness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage daily spa operations, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and promotional activities.
- Manage spa budgets, inventory, and operational costs effectively.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor staff schedules to optimize productivity and service delivery.
- Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and service enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Prior experience with minimum of 3-4 years in a managerial role within the hospitality, spa, or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

REMUNERATION
- Salary Range: Ksh 200,000 – 250,000 (based on experience).
