Workshop Manager
Our client in the Auto Mobile industry is seeking to hire a highly experienced and organized Workshop Manager to run the operations of the busy Auto Body repair shop and the Auto Service Centre. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations within the workshop.
Responsibilities
• Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet demands.
• Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns or complaints.
• Ensure proper planning and prioritization of work at the workshop.
• Ensuring that repairs and services meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct proper pre-delivery inspection before any vehicle is handed over to customer after repair.
• Supervising, overseeing the work of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Qualifications
• Degree/Higher National Diploma in Automotive Technology/ Engineering or any related technical course.
• At least 5-year experience in a similar role.
• Exemplary Customer management & skills.
• Superb Planning & Organizational skills.
