💼 We’re Hiring: Payroll Analyst – Remote in Nairobi

Athena is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join us on a 6-month contract and keep our payroll processes running like clockwork! ⏱️
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with accuracy and compliance
✅ Audit timekeeping data and ensure statutory compliance (KRA, NSSF, NHIF, etc.)
✅ Support employees with clear, timely payroll solutions
✅ Identify and drive process improvements

What you bring:
3+ years’ payroll experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Payroll software expertise & exceptional attention to detail
