Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Supervisor to lead our regional sales efforts and drive market penetration across assigned territories within the building materials sector. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through effective team leadership and strategic territory management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to ensure achievement of territory sales targets.
2. Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
3. Conduct joint client visits with sales reps to strengthen relationships and close high-value deals.
4. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Prepare and analyze territory sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
6. Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, production) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and retail sectors.
9. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events within the territory.
10. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Business management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in sales within the building materials manufacturing sector.
3. Previous experience in Field management or a similar role.
4. Strong understanding of construction materials, tiling, and finishing solutions.
5. Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools.
6. Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team and deliver sales targets in a B2B environment.
7. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
