Country Sales Manager - Tanzania

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial sales role managing 15–50 staff.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel across the country as required.
• Due to the role’s location and familiarity with the local market, Tanzanian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
