We’re Hiring: Caretaker – Nairobi
We are urgently looking to recruit a dependable Caretaker to oversee the general upkeep, operations, and support functions of a residential property in Nairobi.

🔹 Salary: KES 35,000

🔹 Experience: 3–5 years in property caretaking, facility management, or property operations

🔹 Qualification: Diploma in Property Management, Land Economics, Real Estate, or a related field

🔹 Requirement:

Strong coordination skills, especially in managing service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance)

Experience in overseeing site cleanliness, tenant engagement, and minor repairs

Good communication and reporting skills

Must be proactive, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision

Must be available immediately
