Job Title: Sales Executive (Corporate) 
Department: Sales & Marketing 
Reporting to: Manager, Finance & Operations 
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Role Overview 
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to acquire high-value corporate clients and maintain lasting relationships. Our client, in the waste management sector, delivers safe, compliant, and eco-friendly solutions across industries. A key growth role requiring engagement with senior leaders, impactful sales delivery, and industry representation.

Key Responsibilities 
Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management 
Identify, target, and onboard high-value corporate clients in line with the company’s growth objectives. 
Lead presentations, pitches, and negotiations with senior executives.
Create tailored proposals that meet client needs and comply with waste management regulations.
Build lasting client relationships to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Public Relations & Brand Representation 
Serve as the face of the company at industry events, forums, and networking functions. 
Foster strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and relevant media.
Enhance the company’s public image through professional communication and representation.
Business Intelligence & Market Development 
Research market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Implement sales strategies to enter new sectors and sustain a competitive edge.
Deliver timely market insights and growth recommendations to management.
Communication & Negotiation 
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations with clear ROI arguments. 
Prepare persuasive proposals, agreements, and contracts with legal compliance.
Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Tracking 
Keep accurate sales, client, and pipeline records in the CRM.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports. 
Achieve and exceed set corporate sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 
2–3 years’ experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage high-value corporate clients. 
Skilled in presentations and pitches, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled in analysis, reporting, digital marketing, research, proposal writing, and negotiation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
