Mawingu is looking for a People Operations Officer to join our team and help us create an exceptional employee experience - from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Smooth onboarding of new hires
✔ Supporting recruitment and HR policies
✔ Managing employee data and HR metrics
✔ Assisting in payroll preparation
✔ Driving day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years’ HR administration experience
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Knowledge of HR policies & employment laws (Kenya/Tanzania/DRC)
✅ Tech-savvy with HRIS knowledge a plus
