People Operations Officer
ROLE SUMMARY
A People Operations Officer ensures smooth HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, by implementing policies, managing data and systems, and enhancing employee experience. The role blends administrative expertise, HR knowledge, and a tech-savvy approach to optimize people operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Smooth onboarding of new hires
• Support recruitment
• Provide support on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and benefits
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Gather and analyze data with HR metrics
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience: 1-3 years HR admin.
• HR Knowledge: General HR policies.
• People Skills: Strong communication.
• Education: BSc HR-related field.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Tech: Tech-savvy, adaptable.
• Work Style: Multitask, proactive.
• Systems: HRIS knowledge a plus.
