Job Title: Sales Manager

Our client in the manufacturing sector is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their detergents sales team.
Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the detergents segment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, deep understanding of the detergents market, and a proven track record in sales within the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Team Leadership and Management
Market Analysis 
Client Relationship Management
 Sales Forecasting and Reporting
Product Promotion
Negotiation and Closing Deals 
Coordination with Other Departments
Compliance and Quality Assurance 
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years proven experience in sales management within the detergents or related consumer goods industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
